The huge leafy backyard is a true feature of the tucked away cottage. Relax and wind down without a neighbour in sight with an added indulgence of an outdoor bathtub to soak your cares away!

Red Barn Loft Accommodation

Spacious open plan venue upstairs in a Barn style dwelling next door to our home. We can cater to up to 5 guests (min age 12 ). We have 1 king and 3 single beds. Sorry we can’t take wedding groups or pets and only the booked guests are welcome. The Barn is located in farmland between Warragul and Drouin. The listed fee is for 2 guests, an extra fee applies to each extra guest, also our advertised rate is for Monday to Thursday, extra fees apply for Friday. Pets live here with us too.

Bloomfields Studio Apartment

Bloomfield's studio apartment is connected to the end of the main house at the Bloomfield cottages property. It has a separate entrance and is a totally private space including a full size bathroom, kitchenette, TV/DVD, wifi and airconditioning. 30% discount for 7 night stays, 40% discount for monthly stays. Conveniently situated only 5 minutes drive from Warragul CBD - restaurants, shops , theatre, golf course, Warragul leisure centre, bike paths, tennis courts, ten pin bowling and gyms.

Perched on the foothills of the Strzelecki ranges, this unique cottage showcases breathtaking panoramic views of the Baw Baw ranges & Yarragon hinterland. The cottage is oozing with character and charm, surrounded by wild stunning gardens and is a great place to relax in your own private & exclusive surrounds. 90 minutes from Melbourne & a short drive to the vibrant town of Yarragon, it's a perfect place to relax or explore the wineries, produce & beauty the Baw Baw region has to offer.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Fairway Views accommodation

The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Pine hill cottage

Our quaint little cottage is set on a dairy farm in west Gippsland. It is self contained and provides accommodation for 1,2 , 3, or 4people.All cooking equipment is available in the kitchen and a carport is at the door. Glorious views of state forest. Suitable for children but need supervision. A coonara and fire equipment is provided, although it is essential that you bring a bag of firewood, available in the local town or petrol stations on the way.Also 2 other heaters.

The Barn at Four Oaks Farm

Four Oaks Farm is a working farm approximately 7.5 kms off the highway in Tonimbuk close to the Bunyip State Park, Gumbuya World, Mount Cannibal, Four Brothers rocks, bush walking tracks and horse-riding trails. Our property is situated close to the picturesque Gembrook Tonimbuk Rd with easy access to Melbourne. It is the gateway to beautiful Gippsland, the towns of Garfield, Bunyip Neerim South, Jindivick, Yarragon and the Baw Baw and Strezlecki Ranges.

The Tiny House in the Rain Forest

A self contained tiny house situated among rainforest of the Yarra ranges. The forest surrounds us by three sides, with one neighbour next door. There are plenty of tracks to go walking. Ideal if your into bird watching, bush walking, or hiking. All our water comes from the little Yarra rivers tributaries so it's clean, untreated and fresh. The house stays very warm in winter with a cozy wood fire and cool in the summer shaded by a large beech tree.
