Cabin with camping sites & firepit included! Our 10x10' cabin is nestled a 1/2 km into the forest on 260 beautiful acres. Experience off-grid life with just enough amenities to be comfortable. Grill food at the fire pit, hike, or cozy up to the woodstove and watch the wildlife wander by. A booking is for the whole location, and you decide who gets the cabin (sleeps 2) and who brings the tents. A 2nd 'bunk' cabin, for an additional fee, is always available for your extra guests. Welcome to the historical Perth area. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our rural setting, close to amenities but surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. HST included in our pricing.

The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, bike, golf, ski, explore the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, etc. (CITQ#304057. You can relax outside by the fire pit, sing songs, roast marshmallows. The Log Home has everything you need for your stay! There is so much to do with you and your loved ones. Take a kayak ride from out dock feel energized or use Rideau Retreat as a Bridal Suite.
