Villa Allegra Studio - Bohemian chic in Zurich

Located in a residential district of Zurich, Villa Allegra is an old lady built in 1907 as a typical Swiss mountain chalet. It’s situated, not far from the city center, by foot (22 min.) or by public transport (14 min.) to Bellevue, yet set in natural green surroundings with open views. The studio with about 30 sqm is available to you incl. a kitchenette, bathroom & patio. It can host up to 2 adults. The house is divided in 3 units of which 2 are offered on AirBnB (Garden private use by owner).

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Genieße ein paar entspannte Tage, lass die Seele baumeln. Zum Beispiel bei einem guten Glas Wein und dem Blick vom Balkon auf den kleinen Hafen von Wangen, dessen Beleuchtung sich abends im See spiegelt, einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang, einer Wanderung in der näheren Umgebung oder einem Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto in eine der kulturhistorischen Orte oder Städte in der nahen Umgebung. Abends noch rasch zum Schwimmen in den See.

One bedroom, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and a lovely balcony. My place is suitable for couples, solo and business travelers. Pets allowed. All amenities are available: shampoo, toothpaste, washing powder etc... Kitchen with all appliances & amenities like coffee & tea facilities, etc. TV, WiFi, Sonos system included.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!
