The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Apartment is situated on a quiet street with a spectacular view. It is comfortable for two, but also has aditional bed in the living room. Beach, restorant, bus station, store and tennis courts are just 3-5 min walk. The distance from the Old Town is 15-20 min walk.
