Created to be the perfect home base: Unwind from adventure on the quiet, sun-soaked patio, sleep soundly on a luxe memory foam king bed, enjoy a morning coffee in a fully stocked kitchen, step out of a steamy shower to a big fluffy towel, and rest assured that no thoughtful detail's been overlooked. The space: A walk-out basement studio in my home, on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. Keypad entry, separate driveway, private entrance, your own patio. Be downtown (or to UT) in 12 minutes.

The elegant "Tree House'' is not in a tree but feels like it, with large windows overlooking lush forest or mountain views. This 450 sf space is a separate unit with own entrance & porch--no stairs! Queen bed, sofa, stone/tile bathroom & walk-in shower, washer-dryer, big TV, fast WiFi, birdfeeders at window. Located on cozy cul-de-sac, reserved parking. This architect-designed space has a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee, more. Hiking trails near by! Non-smoking.

Outdoor Lover's Creekside Cabin (dog friendly)

Enjoy all the scenery of Bell county in this creekside cabin. Whether you prefer to hike, fish, ride sxs, or just enjoy scenery, we have it all. 3 min from Pine Mtn State Park and Wasioto Winds Golf Course, 7 min to downtown Pineville, 20 min to Cumberland Gap National Park. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

The private cabin sits on 30 acres of rolling hills and meadows with spectacular views of House Mountain and Clinch Mountain. Hike up beautiful House Mountain and look down on the cabin from the lookout rock at the top. You won’t want to leave!

Cheerful, Private Cottage on Oak Forest Farm

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Nestled on a hill overlooking our family Farm and 30 head of cattle the views and county scenery wont disappoint and with a full fenced in yard the whole family including pets and children can play more safely. The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. Located minutes from Marinas and trailheads = more time for fun!

Peaceful lakeview with dock* and dog run

Dog-friendly home built in 2010 on a peaceful and remote location that overlooks Norris Lake (just 35 minutes north of Knoxville), with a view to the Cumberland Mountains. Sleeps 5 who are seeking peace, quiet, and tranquility. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until early October.
