Hideaway Log Cabin

Unique place has a style all its own. It is private, one year old now and hand worked by owner. NO PETS. Small 350+ sq feet. Open floorplan, no separate bedroom. Large front porch with wooden rockers. Kitchen is very small, with most everything except for oven. Has two small ponds with fish in them loaner poles and tackle in closet no license required. It's in the woods there is wildlife, stream and old growth trees to view. Park style charcoal grill in the yard. Hammock, picnic area at ponds.

Water Spirit Yurt,riverside, hot tub/near Floyd

Get away from it all! The Blue Ridge Parkway & I-77 are 8 miles , hwy 221 is 2 miles. Pet friendly. Soak in the huge soaking tub,listen to the creek thru the window. This stocked creek is noisy and fun to wade, fish and float in. The yurt is on a gated property. The driveway is biker friendly, and in the blue ridge mountains. The area has lots of backroads with accessible places to go on atvs. We do provide a side by side for an additional fee. The yurt is 2 mls from Kanawha Valley Arena.

There is something for everyone at the Cabin at Riverview. Go tubing on the river or hike nearby Buffalo Mountain. Or take advantage of all the cozy indoor spaces we’ve created for relaxing (or reading or puzzling or playing a game). Enjoy the soothing sights and sounds of the water while rocking on the front porch. Close to many attractions in Meadows of Dan, Galax, Wytheville and Mount Airy. Please note that there is a $50 added fee for pets that is passed on to our cleaners.
