The village center for the morning paper and breakfast are a short stroll away with easy access to bike paths, Lamberts Cove and Long Point beaches.

This is a unique stay. Located 100 feet from the beach. Surrounded by a bird sanctuary, multiple beaches, bike paths, and restaurants. Provisions and other fun activities just an 8 minute drive away. Enjoy the summer at your secluded beach oasis and experience waking up to the sound of the waves outside your window. The cottage has all the modern comforts including AC and heat. We have plenty of water, but ask that you please conserve as much as possible for showers and dishwashing.

A short walk to Falmouth Harbor, the Island Queen, Surf Drive Beach, and Main Street, makes this a perfect location for a holiday retreat! You will enjoy the intimacy of your own space, with a private entrance leading to a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, with a kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with a deck overlooking a beautiful yard. There is parking available for one vehicle. Bicycles and/or mopeds can be rented from Cape Wheels and delivered to your door!

Access to a private beach. Access town with just a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) to the Chappaquiddick Ferry, and be in downtown Edgartown in 15 minutes or less!
