The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Welcome to our spacious one-bedroom apartment in Duluth, Georgia! Enjoy easy access to the highway for convenient travel. Perfect for a relaxing and fun-filled stay! Also, please know that we understand that noise maybe a constant frustration to guest, just remember that a complete elimination of noise is not possible. Parking is limited! Like in walking from a hotel parking to your floor, you may have to walk a little to the unit. Pool season: last week of April till first week of October.
