Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Burlwood Cottage on Lake Superior

Enjoy a North Shore escape right on Lake Superior in our charming 1300SF waterfront cottage! Privacy abounds with over 7.5-acres featuring a babbling creek, winding path through towering trees, and over 200' of shoreline. Built in 1955, the cottage has been meticulously renovated, inside and out, to highlight original features and the exceptional surroundings. Hunt for shed antlers, enjoy a backyard fire, venture out for seasonal activities (waterfall season!), or stay in and admire the views!

Arrowhead Garden Retreat

No matter the season, you'll enjoy my early 20th century home in Duluth, five minutes from both the University of Minnesota-Duluth Campus and The College of St. Scholastica. In summer you'll enjoy the private patio surrounded by gardens. On cool fall nights you'll want to gather by the fire-pit. In winter, you'll escape the snow in the warm living room lit by the fire-place. In all seasons, you'll gather in the fully updated white granite kitchen to cook and share stories of your day.

No management company here, NO CLEANING FEES, we do it all by ourselves. Communication, laundry, cleaning and maintenance - our reviews show we take pride in the place. Now if we could only figure out how to provide the perfect weather!!!
