La suite PORTO 7 è stata costruita per offrire ai propri ospiti un esperienza unica, un vero contatto con il lago: meravigliose finestre permettono una vista mozzafiato sul lago in continuo movimento, doccia esperienziale, accesso alle darsene, kayak e SUP a vostra disposizione. Una posizione unica: direttamente sulle sponde lago ma al contempo nel centro del borgo. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. This comfortable chalet is basically a copy of the "La Graziosa" but bigger with lots of amenities. It is located just below "La Romantica" and "La Graziosa” The parking for "La Perla" is about 40 meters away. There is a short walkway leading down to the chalet. Therefore, it offers even greater privacy! Be aware that Airbnb charges an 18% commission! ​ ​

Ruhige Oase im wilden Tal

Das Haus ist seit Generationen in unserer Familie. Die kleine Wohnung wurde in den 70ern ausgebaut&laufend renoviert. Der grosse Garten gehört dazu und bietet viel Raum für allerlei. Es ist zw. Lago Maggiore und Monte Lema eingebettet, am Dorfrand. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im grünen, unberührten Tal oder zum Biken. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 min zum See.
