Or enjoy the views from the lodge.

You will have exclusive use of our annex: a comfortable double bedroom, a shower room and a lounge/diner with kitchenette. Recently and stylishly renovated, this property used to be the communal wash house for the quiet tranquil village of Bolton Low Houses. It's location provides a relaxing getaway while being centrally based for exploring the Lake District, the Solway Coast, the border city of Carlisle, Hadrians wall and the Scottish border. A bus service runs through the village daily which will link you to Carlisle and West Cumbria including the Lakes. You'll find a shop 2.3 miles and a pub just 50 yards.

The 'Green House' is a charming wood panelled annex cottage dating from the 1920s. It is in a quiet, rural location, but still close to the M74 so a perfect stop en-route to northern Scotland or southwards to the border and England. It has an AGA, central heating, king-size beds with electric blankets, private parking, full cooking facilities and utilities, as well as it's own 'private use' garden facilities with views over sheep farms and the Moffat Hills.

A level car park is situated beside the property, with disabled access, leading off to the suites.
