The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. We have an extended cottage with a large beautifully kept garden, which is home to two friendly dogs, hens and white fantailed doves. We are situated beside the Dublin Mountains and 10 mins from the sea. We are beside the M50 motorway and the light rail to the city centre. All animals live in the garden and are super friendly. The dogs sleep outside at night and our neighbour Jimmy will visit directly into garden to feed Buba and Bella and birds every day.
