Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

Newly renovated, the Loft is a secluded efficiency apartment centrally located between Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg, only 6 minutes from BMW and 10 minutes from GSP International Airport. Minutes from Duncan YMCA and Tyger River Park. This private apartment offers parking and it’s own entry. Surrounded by a large wooded property you will find everything you need for a peaceful, and relaxing stay. Your hosts are friendly and personable and look forward to welcoming you.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
