Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Smaills Beach is at the start of the Otago Peninsula and is perfectly located for accessing stunning beaches and seeing wildlife while also only being 10 minutes from the city centre. This cottage has a stunning outlook and a quiet rural feel. It's close to local surf spots and if you are lucky with your timing you may get to see the southern lights (Aurora australis). Beachaven is an idyllic retreat just meters from the beach. This historic 1913 bungalow is secluded, relaxing and peaceful. At the back gate the Otago/Otepoti shipping channel, marine reserve and salt marsh. At the front is the Pacific Ocean, abundant with wildlife, penguins, seals, sealions and birds.
