Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Beautiful view of the city and harbour, and sunrise and sunsets A lovely garden and a deck looking out over the city, which guests are welcome to enjoy We welcome dogs but pre approval is required. Dogs must be toilet trained, well behaved and social. They must have their own bed/crate .they bring their own bedding or crates We have a secure, dog friendly back yard that our dog, Poppy, is happy to share Drive 6min to CBD or 1 min walk to the bus stop A 10min drive to beautiful Larnachs Castle

Located at the edge of Westwood Recreation Reserve is our beautiful Scandinavian-style house which has a private bedroom downstairs with an ensuite, a kitchenette and a patio surrounded by native bush. Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive. It is 20 min from Dunedin's airport, 15 min to Dunedin's CBD and a 5 min drive to famous Tunnel beach. All linen and towels provided, private bathroom, free onsite parking, and unlimited wifi.

Peaceful and private with amazing views from bedroom lounge and bathroom! Ideal position to explore the beautiful Otago Peninsula!

Newly renovated sunny space, with its own access. An easy 5 minute walk to Roslyn village, to enjoy a coffee and lunch. Or stretch your legs for a downhill 20 min walk to the octagon. Or you have the convenience of being 8 minutes from anywhere in Dunedin by car. Car parking available. Gorgeous views with amazing native birdlife. Keen outdoor hosts that will point you in the direction of a fun day out. This is our family home with young kids, noise levels may reflect this.
