Our house is situated on the beautiful, and sometimes dramatic Otago Peninsula. It is a ten minute drive from the Dunedin CBD and enjoys a rural aspect but has the advantage of being close to the city. It’s a large family home that I Deborah share with my husband Alistair. We would like the opportunity to share our house with travelers, but also earn extra income to travel more ourselves. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of our local surrounds, attractions and restaurants. We offer two separate bedrooms available for Airbnb guests, which share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom. To ensure privacy and comfort, the rooms are only rented together if the guests are part of the same group (i.e. friends or family). Otherwise, you'll have the bathroom to yourself. Please note: The total price depends on the number of people and on the number of rooms rented. Prices may vary slightly depending on demand—current rates will always be shown on the Airbnb calendar. If you would like multiple rooms, you first book Bedroom 1, which has a queen size bed and is suitable for 1 or 2 people. The rate for Bedroom 1 is provided when you select your dates on Airbnb. Only after you have booked Bedroom 1, can Bedroom 2 be added to your reservation. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and is suitable for 1 or 2 people. The rate for Bedroom 2 is the same as the current price of bedroom 1. To rent this room, simply include a message requesting it, when you book Bedroom 1. We will then update your reservation to include the price of both rooms. We also include a continental breakfast and barista-made coffee for all guests. Please note we live in the house.

Roseneath Cottage B&B (Double + Single B/Rooms)

I am close to Port Chalmers with views towards the Port which offers beaches, walks, art and culture, restaurants, pubs and parks. The house is close to the bus stop into Dunedin City 10 km away. On the way to the City you pass the Forsyth Barr Stadium and the University. My home is an early 1900's ex railway cottage that now has all the modern conveniences including an HRV system and double glazing so it is warm and dry. Price is for 2 people. Guests can use WiFi, the kitchen, laundry etc.

The Sahara is centrally located within easy walking distance to Otago university, museum, hospital and Dunedin's central shopping district.There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Off street parking is available. The Sahara Guesthouse changed ownership in October 2020 and has been recently refurbished. It is a classic old Edwardian House built in 1906 with a Heritage Listing

Sahara Guesthouse has recently changed ownership and has been refurbished. The Sahara is a classic Edwardian house built in 1906 and has is listed as a Heritage Property. You will find the location very central, with the museum, Otago University, Dunedin hospital and central shopping district all within easy walk from your accommodation. There are many great restaurants and cafes just minutes walk from the Sahara. Off street parking is available.

High on the hill with an amazing view, only 5 mins drive to the Octagon (around $15 by taxi), with easy access to restaurants and just 10 mins drive to the popular St Clair beach.
