You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. We've created a private little one-bedroom homestay in our backyard. You have your very own private outdoor area to BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. Reverse cycle system inside to keep you comfortable during those hot summer days & cold wintery nights. You'll also have the enjoyment of a smart TV in both your bedroom and lounge area. Not to mention it's all been beautifully styled with our retro furniture and trinkets.

Woodbridge Vista - Heated Pool in Yallingup

Take in views extending over treetops to Geographe Bay from the pool. This property oozes character & charm in a tranquil neighbourhood. Relax on a pool lounge and watch the world go by or head to the “Games Cave” for a game of pool or vintage arcade game. Sit in the amphitheatre by the fire pit for roasted marshmallows. Endless amusement for kids with a tree swing, trampoline, funky monkey climbing frame and an abundance of space and fresh, country air. Woodbridge Vista is a true south escape!

Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

Escape on Seattle: King-size bed & en-suite

Escape on Seattle is perfect for singles or couples looking to unwind, relax & enjoy close proximity to Geographe Bay(400m). The charming accommodation boasts a light and spacious living/dining area with bespoke kitchen, comfortable king-size bed, walk-in robe & luxurious en-suite. The hot outdoor shower is great for post beach trips before enjoying sundowners on the patio. Host lives on site in totally separate adjoining accommodation. Guests have their own parking bay & private entrance.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Lola by the bay - cosy getaway

Lola by the bay is a stylish and relaxing guest suite, designed to host two people in comfort and peace. Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this newly built , stylish space, nestled amongst landscaped gardens and natural forest. Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. We promise you won't want to leave. A stones throw from Dunsborough town centre, Meelup Beach & Meelup Regional Park. A selection of fine wineries , restaurants, galleries are close by with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. The perfect romantic getaway

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The River Barn - walk to Town and River

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Newly built, with a spacious Loft bedroom - enjoy the views of near by native trees or lay in bed and star gaze through the roof window. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this home, with a cozy day bed built in under the stairs, full sized kitchen and stylish bathroom. Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.

Farm stay to relax and create

This farm is close to gourmet food and coffee in local towns, and surrounds, passing the local icecream factory. For those who may be seeking a quiet space to activate creativity, Shelgary farm offers a space to quietly contemplate, design and make. Ask us about access to the onsite studio, available for hire.

Newly renovated studio set on 2 acres bushland. Studio is large room plus ensuite with privacy lock. Includes kitchen with full fridge/freezer, oven, induction hotplates, Nespresso c/machine, toaster, kettle. Smart TV. Private verandah area with couch, coffee table and 2 other outdoor chairs with small table. Walk to the famous Yallingup wood-fired bread shop. Enjoy the local wines/produce. 5kms to Yallingup beach. 4kms to Dunsborough town centre.
