Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed. An homage to Santa Fe style situated on a half acre property makes your getaway a welcome siesta. Conveniently located in Abbey between Busselton & Dunsborough, a short walk to the beach and Vasse shops a 2 minutes drive away, it’s a great base to explore the South West.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Yallingup nature fix Koonga Maya with fireplace

Koonga Maya is tucked away in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs from our chickens.

Boutique holiday apartment centre of Dunsborough

Stylish 1 bedroom apartment is centrally located within 100 metres of Dunsborough's town centre and the sparkling blue waters of Geographe Bay. Why would you stay anywhere else! The perfect base for couples, friends or singles from which to explore the Margaret River region of WA. Ideal if you are working in the region or visiting to attend a wedding, buses leave within 50 metres of the apartment, near the Pour House Bar & Kitchen or from the Dunsborough Hotel, just a short walk.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

10min walk to Old Dunsborough beach, 20min walk to town. Look out onto paperback trees/creek. House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has all the amenities required for a relaxing stay in the beautiful South West. Reverse cycle Airconditioned (heat or cool) comfort, 3 bedrooms (2 x queen, 1 double with single bunk), 2 Bathrooms (ensuite - toilet, shower + full bathroom with bath, shower & toilet) Pet friendly. Peace & quiet, well located.

Diamante

We have now refreshed the third bedroom with 2 new beds and new pillows throughout all the bedrooms. Diamante is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Air conditioning in the living area, main bedroom and 3rd bedroom and a fire place for those cosy winter months. WIFI and Netflix included. Conveniently located to town, shops, restaurants, golf course, wineries, beaches and other local attractions. Ideal for couples or a family getaway.

Mulberry Cottage

Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.

Ice Cream, Sauna & Surf!

A 2 x 1 adjoining the main house. This is a completley self contained unit sharing a common wall with seperate drive way. Walking distance to Simmo's ice cream, dunsborough gym, Base BJJ & MMA Gym, Southwest provisions and more. 10 min bike ride to beach. A seperate room to the unit has a Infared Sauna and cold plunge for use.
