There is also a protected swimming lagoon to enjoy that safe dip in the heat of the day. This is all just a short stroll from your home. Located within walking distance, is the award winning Deck Tavern and Restaurant, where gourmet dining meets beautiful water views and more potential for dolphin sightings. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, sumptuous lunch or choose between fine dining and bistro style for an evening’s delight. Maison du Lac sits on the edge of a picturesque lake in the heart of Margaret River. Located on the edge of the forest just 400m from the centre of town. This brand new split level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home complete with cosy wood fire is an amazing stay. The gated strata is quiet, secure and peaceful with direct access to rails to trails. The views over the water to the forest backdrop are exceptional. A peaceful country feel yet close to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment of town.

Our beautiful house is on the main canals & is spacious, tastefully decorated & well equipped. Stunning views of the lg canals & ocean . Marina views from front balcony. Outside dining & lounge area. Access to canals. Watch boats heading out & Dolphins, swimming around. Bike ride along the coast path all the way to Busselton ,go kayaking. Fish off canal.
