Elegant and bright apartment of 861.112 square feet on the forth floor with elevator in an elegant area and centrally located halfway between Piazza Duomo and the Central Station both are easily reachable on foot with a walk of 20 minutes, to two steps from the Gardens of Palestro (or Indro Montanelli) the main green oasis in the city center with secular magnolias trees, the renovated Museum of Natural History, the Planetarium and a large area for jogging and leisure, between the famous fashion quadrilateral with the renowned Via Montenapoleone and the Commercial Center Giorgio Armani, and Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most important streets in the world for shopping. The apartment is composed of a spacious and bright living room equipped with door window overlooking a wooded balcony, two sofas, one of which is a transformable in French bed, extendable table, large library, flat screen TV with DVD player. L'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata della metro verde Porta Genova e alla Nuova Darsena, ad un passo da via Tortona e via Savona, sede di grandi eventi come il Salone del Mobile e la Settimana della Moda.
