We are close to the Malls (Tygervalley and The Village) local wine routes, mountain bike trails and restaurants. We are 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. Very secure with its own private entrance, free WiFi/Netflix/ and free parking. Coffee& tea etc provided. Fully equipped kitchen, plus private patio/courtyard.

Comfortable and homely apartment situated in a large well established garden with a shared swimming pool (covered in the SA winter months June and July ) secure parking for 2 vehicles behind gate. Close proximity to village center of Durbanville. 2 minutes drive from Durbanville Mediclinic 10 minutes from Cape Gate mediclinic.Tygervalley shopping Centre and Cape Gate shopping centre within 10km. Surrounding winefarms are Diemersdal,Meerendal, Maastricht. 35 min to Stellenbosch and V&A.

The flatlet is located on a residential property where the owners reside. Always on uninterrupted (UPS) WIFI available during load shedding.

Spacious, open plan , modern apartment with Superking size bed and luxury linen, close to the Durbanville Wine Route, mountain bike tracks and Mediclinic. Multiple restaurants available in Durbanville. 40 minutes drive to Cape Town CBD and 30 minutes drive to Stellenbosch Winelands. Regrettably we are not pet friendly.
