Alpaca Lodge with stunning views and alpacas

The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare), surrounded by our herd of friendly free-roaming alpacas and llamas, with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. It has a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a small seating area and en-suite bathroom. Cereal, milk, porridge, orange juice, cereal bars and biscuits are provided in the room, and there is a kettle, tea and coffee, cutlery and plates etc., a microwave, toaster and a small fridge.

The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

Dolphin View - spectacular sea view in quiet area

Nestled in Kerry’s dark sky reserve, Dolphin View is a very special place to relax and enjoy uninterrupted, panoramic views of Kenmare Bay by day and star gaze at night. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and totally private getaway. Set on 17 acres of rural unspoilt wilderness. The property has a private lake, stunning views undestrubed by modern life and urban lighting. Ballyrisode beach is a 5 minutes drive away along with numberous walking trials in the area one of which is located at the foot of the property. Schull, a lively little fishing village with shops, restuarants and pubs, is only a 5 minute drive away. This unique and tranquil getaway.

Ger's Lake View Studio Apartment On The Hill No 1

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Mountain Ash Cottage

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

The Turf Cottage

Traditional meets modern in this fully renovated Farm Cottage set on a working smallholding. A spacious loft bedroom with a cosy reading nook overlooks fields and animals, while dramatic mountain and valley views fill the windows with light. Built with locally sourced timber and stone, and finished with custom cabinetry and artisan furnishings, it’s a one-of-a-kind retreat—perfect after hiking, cycling, farm life, meditation, or nights of lively trad music.

Fisherman’s Farmhouse - Magic spot close to beach

This lovingly restored old fisherman's cottage is the perfect base for a quiet romantic getaway. Our secluded cottage, a stones throw from the beach, offers high speed, fibre optic broadband. With its exposed stone walls and wooden beams it gives a cosy feel. It's the perfect place to relax & unwind. Or in these ever changing times, why not try a remote working week from the beach and keep connected from the edge of the Atlantic Ocean!

Harbour Lights

If you love the ocean, you will love this place. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.
