Conveniently located in a neighborhood within minutes of the vast array of shopping and dining options Lancaster has to offer. Our space looks directly into a wooded area and the Mill Stream runs behind us. Take a walk along the stream to our neighborhood's park, playground, and ball fields or relax in our private, covered outdoor seating area complete with a gas fireplace. If touring is your desire we are in the "heart" of Amish country! This space is cute, comfortable and completely private.

Located along a convenient and busy road close to all things Lancaster, this home is truly a getaway in the backyard. The inside, furnished by our neighboring Olde Mill House Shoppes has a modern kitchen and amenities boast comfort and convenience. Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead.
