Welcome to your cozy cottage in the bucolic Hudson Valley. Only 90 mi. north of NYC. We welcome small dogs, under 25 lbs. with prior host approval. Sorry, NO CATS. Enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, local culture or just relaxing. 1 mile outside a charming village in farm and horse country, your cottage has a full kitchen/LR, 2 BRS (1 queen, 1 full), bathrm, washer/dryer, deck, patio & yard. Close to colleges, dining & activities. We hope that you will love this corner of the world as much as we do.

Your home away from home awaits at this cozy cottage in the heartland of upstate NY surrounded by beautiful farm country and not too far from some of the best ski resorts & hunting areas in the region. Our one bedroom cottage includes a full kitchen (which we will stock with local fresh items at your request) and a comfy den. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquil nature of the Hudson Valley. Let me know if you enjoy red or white wine as I will provide a bottle for you.

The Cabin an idyllic, secluded getaway

Quiet escape from the world. The Cabin settles into its surroundings with deceptive subtlety, while inside it is surprisingly spacious, with generous views of sunrise and sunset and the comforting sound and view of stream off the deck that runs through backyard. A comfy, open plan with workable kitchen and living/dining space, full of light. There is a cozy fireplace for raining days or cold winter getaways. It is a great gathering spot for a family or group of friends. Dogs welcome too.

Garnot Hill: Entire 2 bedroom guest suite

Welcome! Arrive private entrance, and up one flight of stairs. The den has all you need for a morning meal or takeout dinner and TV. It’s a mile walk or 2 minute drive to the center of Millbrook. Shops, farmers market, restaurants, Tribute Garden, are all in town. Rhinebeck, Millerton, Beacon, and Pine Plains are a 30 min drive, Poughkeepsie is 20 minutes away. Polo, Innisfree Gardens, Orvis, Millbrook School, Wethersfield, Millbrook Winery and the CIA are near. Note: We live on premises .

While in town, are you looking to take in an event or a game? Check out the events at Dietz Stadium or think about spending the evening at The Chateau. There are many water adventures nearby, including kayaking and boat cruises.

The Tranquility Suite

The Tranquility Suite in The Swann Inn of Beacon (a historic B&B) offers 575 sq ft of living space. The suite includes a queen size sleigh bed, a double bed, and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, dining area, and a private bath. Occupancy is based on 2 persons in the room. Additional guests are $25 extra per person. The studio apartment suite is available as a Bed and Breakfast room or can be rented monthly. Great for extended stays. Dogs are permitted with an additional cleaning fee of $50

The ideal respite for cyclists traveling the Empire Trail, this little pink house with indoor bicycle storage is smack on the Empire Trail in Kingston.
