Enjoy a stylish art inspired experience at this centrally-located place. This 700 sq ft ( 65 sq m) apartment was inspired by the previous long term tenant who was from Serbia. This self-proclaimed gypsy was all about the Bohemian vibe with edgy colors, light wood and funky decor. Located in Riverside, this apartment is located walking distance to many well established restaurants and bars and the interstates. This historic country general store, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is within easy walking distance to art galleries and cultural events, restaurants, bars, night life, and family-friendly activities. This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. Off street parking available. "Historic hospitality with a southern accent!"

The Captain's Quarters o|--)

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.
