This is a brand new triplex unit, its very nice and clean with lots of amenities including wifi, 1 electric fire place, living room and bedroom both have surround sound with flat screen smart tvs, board games, a nice work area with a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a super comfortable bed. Nice and quite and 5 min from I40 or I540. we will allow 1 pet under 30lbs with pet fee . if you have more thank one pet please contact us.

The newly built Greenbrier cabin has been hand constructed with exposed beam ceilings, wooden wall coverings, and sandstone countertops all sourced locally. Even the rock for the gorgeous and unique walk-in shower came from the property, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into the landscape. Your stay at the Greenbrier will bring you closer to mother nature while allowing you to escape reality!

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Log Cabin/100 acres/One of a kind/Wifi-Cuddly Cow

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

The Emerald Cottage provides a modern "Glamping" adventure, nestled at the foot of the Ozark National Forest and the Boston Mountains. This cabin is located 8 miles from the town of Ozark, Arkansas in the Arkansas River Valley. The building is new with a kitchen, large bathroom, and one bedroom. The seating in the living room can also be used as a twin bed. The location is surrounded by old forest and is peaceful and quiet. A good location for kayaking the Mulberry River, swimming at Cove Lake, hiking Mt. Magazine or just resting in the peaceful countryside.
