Has aChruch across street.On the main street that take 2 mins to go the central of Dyersburg what very convenient to go to grocery stores ( Walmart and Kroger),fast food stores, restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers,clinics, Gyms,etc…1 min to the Dyersburg College, 3 mins to the Golf Course, 5 mins from hwy exit, 8 mins to Fyrne Lake Farm, 30 mins to Real Fool Lake.

My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Rosie's Retreat new w outdoor kitchen & fire pit!

Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

Perfect for a weekend escape, family gathering, or local event — soak up peaceful country charm with easy city access.

The "Heart of Milan" Guest House

You will be renting the whole house to include a large master bedroom, a second private bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, office, living space and common room with an extra twin bed. This house is an ideal rental for executives or travelers who are looking for a more home like environment or anticipate an extended stay.

I'm Goin' to Jackson

Clean and cozy home less than 10 minutes from I-40, Union University, and north Jackson shopping, parks, restaurants, and entertainment. Great layout comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests yet cozy enough for 1-2 people. Our family frequents Airbnb properties when we travel and have brought that experience to our home to make it as comfortable as possible. Feel free to use the elliptical or venture outside for a walk or bike ride to see one of two water wheels and ponds in the neighborhood.

Our two bedroom three bath cabin located on the country roads of Dyersburg, Tennessee, will be the perfect hiding place for your next getaway. It offers three twin beds and a queen located in the master bedroom. This is a one level home that is less than 10 minutes from local restaurants, shopping and more.  Wireless Internet access is available, along with a smart TV that allows you to log into any app for streaming. Washer and dryer is also available!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just down the road from the local medical businesses including the hospital and Cane Creek rehabilitation center , UTM and local shops. Quite and safe neighborhood with plenty of parking.
