The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Modern Dunsborough Escape (Free Wi-Fi)

A modern house in a superb location in the Dunsborough Lakes. Carnegie Drive has large open living spaces with small touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor entertaining area boasts a BBQ with a 10 seater table perfect for summer evenings. The backyard also opens up to a large deck and plunge pool to keep you cool during those hot summer days. Located 200m from the golf course, right next to town and Geographe Bay, this house is ideal for your next down south visit.

Perfectly positioned just footsteps from the aqua waters of Geographe Bay, enjoy French linen dressed beds in our breath-taking bedrooms decorated in rich earthy tones, gorgeously collated interiors, and our expansive ocean-side deck offering bay glimpses. Just add delicious delicacies from Margaret River …and you may never want to leave…

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. 160 Steps... from Yallingup Beach

160 Steps is a custom built, luxury 2 bedroom abode… only a few metres from beautiful Yallingup Beach. Walk just 160 steps to white sand and crystal clear waters… you may even see our local pod of dolphins. 160 Steps is at the doorstep of epic surf breaks for the adventurous as well as the shallow calm waters of Yallingup lagoon for a more leisurely experience. Yallingup is in the heart of the Margaret river wine region… only a short drive from world class wineries and restaurants.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

Charming air-conditioned 1BR cottage nestled in peaceful leafy gardens, just a 2-min stroll to the beach. Features a king bed with hotel-quality linen, spacious bathroom with spa bath, private BBQ, and outdoor seating. Enjoy Smart TV, Wi-Fi & Stan. A scenic 3.7km walk or bike ride (BYO or hire) into town. Quietly located, it's an ideal base for exploring the region’s renowned wineries and natural beauty. Please note: no ocean views, no pets. Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Sunset Suite

Just a short walk to Yallingup beach this beautifully presented studio has commanding views of the surf and the sunset. Renowned for its pristine beaches, wineries, galleries and restaurants this region has so much on offer and more. The Sunset Suite is in close proximity to the very best of this and this beautifully designed and furnished studio will be the perfect launching pad for your Down South getaway.
