Enjoy Relaxing Iowa Farm stay

Our farm is about 6 MI south of Hampton on a working farm. There is mile of gravel to get to our farm that is well maintained. We offer a guest house with 2 bedrooms. One has king bed and the other has a queen bed with single bunk above it. We also upon request provide single mattresses for extra guests. Large bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Complete kitchen. Coffee and bottled water provided. Our place has large outdoor area for lawn games and picnics. Great for family gatherings.

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Upstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. king size in main Bedroom and queen plus workspace in 2nd bedroom. Complete with full size washer and dryer in bathroom. Enjoy an old-timey claw foot tub with shower. Located above Chiropractors office so daytime hours need to be respectful. Right across the street from Iowa Specialty Hospital. Located on Main Street with off street parking in the rear.

Ground floor 3 room Brownstone apartment by I-35.

You will have a very spacious apartment all to yourself in this beautiful brownstone building, including a full kitchen, living room, seating area, king size bed, and large flat screen TV with streaming WIFI, Netflix included. You will be located in a small town 1/2 mile off of I-35, 3 blocks from Hardees, Subway, Kum and Go, and a new Love's truck stop. Also, a short drive to Ames and Iowa State University.

Cabin Cove By the River

Take a step back in time when you enter our little log cabin by the river. Built in 1949, this cabin is a replica of the log cabins built by the gold seekers of Alaska. Though modern in most aspects we have retained the native charm of unfinished wood, rough, hand-hewn logs and naked beams. The inspiration for the cabin was found by my great grandfather who spent time in Alaska working on the Alcan highway.

The Porch at Evergreen Hill

Surrounded by trees and sitting on property overlooking the Des Moines River. Great for a little getaway or a great place to stay while working in the area! The fiber optic internet is outstanding! Equipped with kitchen, dining, and living area. Private bedroom with 2 queen beds. Bedding and towels provided. Wi-Fi provided with Smart TV. Located between Fort Dodge and Humboldt just southwest of Hwy. 169.

Baker's Corner

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.

Family Lake Getaway

Enjoy your next family vacation at Lake Cornelia! Live it up on the lake, enjoy yard games and unwind on the large deck while taking in the beautiful views. This remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath with dine in kitchen has lake access and its own private dock with swimming platform. It is within walking distance to Clarmond Country Club, Lake Cornelia Park and a public beach.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. Laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of frequently used areas due to COVID-19.

Welcome to Shady Rest—a cozy one-bedroom cottage just steps from your hosts’ home. Enjoy a king bed, full-size pull-out, country kitchen, spacious bath, and shady yard. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This apartment features one bedroom with a queen sized bed and open concept kitchen/ living area. The couch has a queen size hideabed. One bathroom with a walk in shower and full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Entrance and parking access is located in the allyway behind mainstreet.

Tiny House Living Experience

Experience Tiny House living. Everything you need in 320sq. ft. of open living space with added loft bedroom. The downstairs couch folds out to a double bed. House is centrally located in Algona, eating and libation establishments, theater, post office and parks within walking distance.
