Includes futon, chairs, fire pit & panoramic view of the property and Lake Superior. Perfect for the individual or couple looking to get away from everything. This simple 12 x 12 foot north woods structure is well-maintained & clean. Penny's Peak is a visually secluded rustic campsite. Guests have full access to our groomed hiking trails and stunning wilderness.

Newly updated in 2018, Graystone Cottage is directly on Lake Superior with 100 feet of gray stone beach frontage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious patio with panoramic views of the Huron Mountains and Little Traverse Bay. Maybe spot a Bald Eagle fishing or flying to its nearby nest. For those relaxing summer nights, sit on the large deck and watch the moon rise or roast marshmallows on a bonfire while you listen to the waves crashing. 2 kayaks and life jackets available for use.

Indulge in the splendor of majestic Lake Superior in this very private, four season, lakefront retreat immersed in nature. New cottage refresh April 2024 including new paint (walls and ceiling) and new vinyl plank flooring throughout. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin on Lake Superior. The views are amazing day and night. With panoramic views from inside and out you’ll have amazing sunsets and spectacular views of the lake. The nighttime views of the stars and the Northern Lights are even better! Inside there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, sit in front of the fireplace, relax in the jacuzzi tub or even play a game of pool. Just a short drive to Eagle River, Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor.

High Rock Cabin- 200 ft to trail 17! Close to town

Welcome to our “High Rock Cabin”. This centrally located tiny house is right by the trails. Set in the woods, but only a couple miles from Hancock/Houghton! One main floor bedroom with queen bed, and a loft with two full beds. Please be aware that there is a spiral staircase to access the loft. No smoking in cabin. Will be a $250 fee if smoking is detected. Also, pets must be approved by owners. Will entail an additional pet fee. There is plenty of parking, enough room for a trailer!

This cozy cabin provides a perfect getaway and is a gem in all seasons, especially during the fall colors or a blowing winter storm. Timber frame cabin built on a hilltop, on 20 acres of old growth maples. Walls of glass, a screened in porch and a wrap around deck bring the outdoors inside. The ridge top location has spectacular views through the trees - with lake views after the leaves drop. The property also boasts a fantastic wood fired cedar sauna - perfect for rejuvenating.

We're located 10 min from Swedetown ski, hike, run trails, 15 min from Gratiot River Park on Lake Superior, 20 min from Eagle River, 23 min from Mt. Bohemia, 24 min from Mont Ripley and 37 min from Copper Harbor You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, eclectic decoration, and the location.
