The 1000 sq ft home features a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (well-suited as office), well-lit kitchen/living room and italian-tiled bathroom.

In the spring/summer time enjoy the Saturday Market, Eagle Gazebo Concert Series, Eagle Fun Days (held the weekend after the 4th of July), and many more community events!
