The villa has recently been redecorated and refurbished including new carpets, flooring, beds, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Radiators in each bedroom along with electric blankets. Mitsubishi Hypercore heat pump for the lounge to keep it cosy.

Surrounded by golf courses, 200m from cycle trails to Queenstown, Gibbston Valley and Arthurs Point, 20 mins to Coronet Base, and 5 mins drive to world-class precint Aryburn - it's a top location. The kids can play on the tyre-swing and playhouse, run on the soccer pitch, get dirty in the sandpit & then wash it all off in the outside bath.

The three bedrooms are on two levels, and one has a flexible set-up. There is one full bathroom and a second toilet. We are located between the airport and the city.
