Studio, panoramic sea view & explore Athens

Studio Xanthippe offer unique moments of luxury and relaxation. Enjoy the sea view while having your breakfast or unwind reading a book, listening to your favourite music. The large garden is mostly natural with cherry trees, flowers and herbals. Close to the house, there are stone paths, flower beds and stone walls. Studio designed in a lovely style and includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a nice fireplace . The studio has the advantage that our guests living in the countryside, while being a short distance from the heart of the Athens city. Kalamos has a range of facilities, including a community clinic, pharmacy, ATM, schools, supermarkets, shops, tavernas well as cafeterias and bars. The bakery is 50m away and the beach less than 10 minutes by car (very easy parking). Afidnes train station is 25 minutes away and offers easy access to Athens. Other facilities along the coast include a boat marina, a sailing school and an archaeological site. Kalamos is 2km from the sea, 50 km from Athens and Acropolis, 58 km from Athens International airport.
