Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

Cozy Cottage in the Country!

After parking in a separate driveway, you can walk to the back of the property to discover a very private and cozy cottage guesthouse complete with one full size bed, roku TV, WiFi, efficiency kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The cottage is decorated with a pine cone theme of stencils, rustic pictures and a quilt on the bed and is completely separate from the main house. Totally serene and peaceful, this quaint guesthouse provides a quiet and enjoyable getaway for your weekend vacation!

This turn-of-the-century storefront & hotel overlooks the falls on West Branch Cazanovia Creek. Big windows with a backyard view, cast iron radiators, vintage linoleum & antiques. Bedrooms are on opposite ends, with common areas between. Laundry in the entryway, fresh eggs, and the area's best driving, hiking, and biking right outside. 15 mins to the Stadium, 25 mins to the Airport. Skiing 2 mins away at Buffalo Ski Club, 10 mins to Kissing Bridge, and 40 mins to Holiday Valley / Holimont.

There can also be found great skiing, hiking, and biking nearby.

A nice place to relax or get some work done! Features a great back porch that overlooks the property. Close to Moog, Fisher Price and the Gow School, this apartment has a large bedroom with a king-size bed. Comfortable living room has a full size futon for an extra bed when needed. We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and Buffalo Ski Center. We're a quick 30 minute drive to the city of Buffalo and 40 minutes from Niagara Falls.
