Included are two beach cruisers, two surfboards, four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a wagon to transport everything!

Also a short walk to great ice cream, bagels, coffee, multiple dining options, bike shop, and playground. No smoking or pets, Kitchen, bed and bath linens are included.

Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, firepit/BBQ area, and my own tiny cottage across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in August/September/October stays).
