The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Location is near a major shopping mall/Fred Meyer. Years ago, we suffered from today's apartment leasing system - requiring tenants to commit to year-long leases when they just got to a new city. We fell in love with long-term Airbnb, and today, we want to return the favor.

You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

The total private tiny house, clean and cozy -located in my property next to my main house. Private bathroom, bedroom /queen size comfortable bed, living room, kitchen with electric cooking pan The tiny house has good size refrigerator and smart TV. Guests have access to gazebo with BBQ and fire place. From tiny house is easy access to public transportation: bus stops is across street and another 500 feet from home. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park.

Historic Cape Cod Farmhouse

This was once a 1940's East Hill farm home in Kent's plateau area. The house is updated and yet in period condition. It is a two story Cape Cod style with a fully landscaped and fenced yard that includes a coy pond and patio. Includes off-street parking on-site. The upstairs primary bedroom has an attached bathroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor. The first floor includes another large bedroom, full bathroom, separate laundry room, kitchen, living and a den / recreation area.

The Garage - unique and cozy (near airport)

Welcome to The Garage - unlike any garage you’ve ever been in before! This trendy oasis has heating, air conditioning, WiFi, a kitchenette and a bathroom complete with a walk in shower. Feast your eyes on the incredible graffiti art painted by a local artist here in Seattle and enjoy the comfortable King size bed. This unique space is the perfect combination of cozy and awesome, and it's nearby many delicious restaurants and a quick drive to the airport or downtown Seattle.

Location! Less than 20 minutes away from Seatac International Airport and about 20 minutes south of Seattle. It is also 7 minutes away from the Kent light rail station. Due to a diverse international community in Kent, you'll find top notch global cuisine. This is a great home for families, those traveling for work who want a home away from home, and individuals wanting a central location but don't want to be in the busy city. A cozy place to rest and work while visiting Kent.

Loft above a shop

"Wow, this is nice!" Is the reaction from family and friends seeing our Loft apartment for the first time. This loft has been our secret gem. It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.

Great daylight filled apartment on the garden level of my home, I live upstairs but it's totally separate from your space. Private entrance, 2 parking spots, huge living room, full vintage kitchen, bedroom w/ Queen bed and 65" TV and bath (1000sqft). Living room has a 65" TV, WiFi, sectional couch.

The home is located 11 miles/20 minutes east of Seattle Tacoma International Airport. 20 miles/30 minutes south of Seattle waterfront and cruise docks and downtown Seattle. Uber and Lyft are readily nearby and available. Grocery stores and restaurants within two miles.
