This brand new luxury guest studio is ready to spoil you. It has a fully equipped kitchenette to allow for self catering, including a private braai area. A Lovely bathroom with great hot water. Our self catering studio, with backup power and aircon, is connected to the main house. It offers a neat and cozy open plan studio style unit with private entrance and private deck. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.

Modern and stylish 2-bedroom place situated in the beautiful suburb of Vincent. This little gem has 2 beautiful ensuite rooms with a large, open plan living area. Safe, secure parking with space for a relaxing braai. Our rooms can be set up in king beds or in singles. (there is no kitchen) Max. 2 people. The house is situated in the quiet Sunrise-on-Sea suburb within walking distance of the sea. It is approx 20 minutes drive from the East London CBD and 35 minutes drive from the airport.
