Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική για την πρόσβαση του κέντρου και της παραλιακής οδού με ένα περίπατο. Σε ακτίνα 100μ υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε supermarket, φαρμακεία, πρατήριο καυσίμων, fastfood, ζαχαροπλαστείο κ.λ.π. Στάση αστικού λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50μ. Η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι στα 4χλμ, από το λιμάνι στα 500μ και από το ΚΤΕΛ στα 300μ.

Local traditional taverns and a small harbor is 3 minutes walk. A bus station is across from the house. You are in the city center in 10 minutes.

You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.
