It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

Our fully-renovated self-contained unit is in the heart of Nightcliff (just 15 mins from Darwin CBD). A short walk to public transport, the beach and pop-up restaurants along the renowned Nightcliff foreshore. The open-plan studio apartment contains a comfortable queen bed, lounging area, and a small dining table, microwave and cooking hob. Towels, linen, crockery, cutlery all provided. Netflix and other aps on TV. A washing machine, clothes drying rack and clothesline.

Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.

Located in old Darwin your stay here will allow you to enjoy all the delights of the tropics. Location minutes from Darwin CBD and surrounded by tropical gardens this self contained stylish studio will allow you really feel part of the Top End. Close to everything you can chose grab an e-bike, walk or catch an Uber to Mindil Beach, Botanical Gardens, the Musuem and Ski Club - just to mention the ones you may already know.
