Bayside

This private, spacious, fully equipped apartment above an owner-occupied home is perfect for one or two adults, and has its own entrance. It occupies the entire second floor of my home, which was built in 1912, and combines the charming “Cape Cod” style architecture of that era with modern conveniences. Lots of windows, closet space, built-in drawers and storage make for an enjoyable stay for a night or a month! Location Minutes from Providence in a quiet residential neighborhood on East Narragansett Bay. A short block from the East Bay Bike Path, extending 14.5 mi from Providence to Bristol. Jog, walk, bike or blade, and enjoy views of coastal wetlands and nature preserves. Haines Memorial State Park is just a block away for a picnic, catching the sunset on the water, or launching your kayak or other watercraft from the boat ramp. I even have a couple of bikes you can use during your stay! The historic Crescent Park Carousel and seasonal Clam Shack is less than a mile away. The Space Private entrance to 3 large rooms plus full bath with tub/shower. In the cozy bedroom, enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a new pillowtop mattress topping the queen size bed. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, and pans. Appliances include a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hotplate, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The large living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen-tv, a desk for your laptop, and a reading nook. The new futon couch converts into a bed to accommodate two single people traveling together who prefer not to share a room. Other info Please be advised that, as is typical of a house of this age and design, the apartment is accessed via a somewhat steep and narrow staircase, and therefore might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Bright and sunny 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance. Pull out sofa for additional guests. Full eat in kitchen, with pretty views of the garden. Screened in porch that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, while listening to the birds in this rural setting. My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

Spacious and Luxurious 3rd Floor Loft... Getaway!

This is a wonderful little spot for a single traveler looking to get away or a couple looking for a romantic retreat.... Almost feels like a fancy little treehouse. The bathroom has a walk in shower and luxurious huge tub. There is a kitchenette area with a microwave, refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, bowls, plates, mugs, wine glasses, utensils, and a french press. -Across the street from Park -Great restaurants and cafes nearby...Walkable

Looking for a cozy, well-located space to spend a few days to a few weeks (up to 27 days)? Check out my 3rd floor studio with private entrance, bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with shower. This is an individual room in my home, which I and two tenants occupy. Near a major bus route, and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and retail shops. 25-30 minute walk to downtown, a 15 minute drive to Brown and RISD.
