Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

la Casina é immersa nel verde. Posto ideale per 2 persone che amano la tranquillità. Gli ospiti possono stare nella veranda adiacente, oppure spostarsi nel prato all'ombra del corbezzolo e godere del favoloso panorama. la Casina é su due piani: al piano terra c'è cucina e bagno, al piano superiore camera da letto e bagno di servizio. I due livelli sono uniti da una scala esterna. Panorama ammirabile stando anche comodamente a letto grazie ai finestroni che danno sul paese e sul mare.

Auf zwei Etagen mit großem Garten und einer Terrasse finden sich genug Rückzugsorte, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Ein großer Kamin bietet an den kälteren Tagen gemütliche Wärme. Der Plauer See ist ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen, wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangebote in der süßen Altstadt von Plau am See.
