Set on 4 acres, nestling in the peaceful Baranduda Range, with stunning views across the Kiewa Valley to the hills beyond, our Wee Bothy (Scottish word for cottage) offers a cosy and welcoming stay for a couple/family in a renovated former gallery. Pet-friendly, backing onto forest trails, and near Albury/Wodonga with its shops, restaurants and cinemas, as well as historical Yackandandah and Beechworth, it's a must for those who love to walk, run, bike, ski or simply explore or relax - like us!

Bush Retreat near Beechworth | Fire & Bath

A private bush retreat near Beechworth — not a hotel stay, but more special for the right guests. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with hot water and a cosy fireplace — all the comfort of home, without the crowds. Unwind by the fire, soak in the outdoor bath and step out under the stars. Venture out to wineries and local history if you wish, then return to your own secluded escape. Sleeps up to 6, however best suited to couples or small groups seeking space, privacy and time to enjoy it.

Backyard bungalow near hospital

Our backyard offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Wodonga. The bungalow is cosy with its own bathroom and private courtyard where you can either hide from the world or use it as a base to explore the region. The enclosed backyard is safe for pets and small children. Please note that our place is popular with pet owners, and although I clean thoroughly, some guests have complained about a general smell of dogs. If you are sensitive to this, you may want to consider booking elsewhere.

Central, cosy and private Wyse Cottage

Wyse Cottage was built at the turn of the 20th century and has the charm of that era combined with the comforts we expect today. The cottage is centrally located which means there will be traffic noise. It’s an easy 550 metre walk to the Botanic Gardens and many popular cafes for breakfast or lunch. You also have a great choice of restaurants in the CBD and if you travel for half an hour or so, you will find excellent cafes, wineries and restaurants in Rutherglen, Wahgunyah & Beechworth.

Private access & your own secure yard! King bed & smart TV; NETFLIX and Paramount included. Coffee & toast supplies included also! Pet friendly with doggy door. Washing machine & dryer. Kitchen facilities; portable electric cooktop, air fryer & electric frying pan. In a new estate, short drive to town and walking distance to river and coffee pod at end of our street. Our cosy private solar powered cabin is set on our farm in the picturesque Kiewa Valley. Close to snow fields, the Hume Weir, Kiewa River, and gourmet food and wine regions. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend away from life's hustle and bustle! We have gas stove and heating and the shower is run with a solar powered gas heating system . There is also a solar powered fridge in the cabin for guests . Sunsets and star gazing are perfect

"Tanglewood Cottage" features mud brick walls, a reverse cycle air-conditioner, modern self-contained kitchen with stone bench tops. Bathroom features vanity cabinet with a stone bench top. shower and a front loading washing machine. Comfortable lounge with leather couches & efficient wood fire. Beautiful garden of diverse trees leads to a large olive grove, and paddocks with sheep and cattle. Fresh baked bread, home made jam & marmalade,

Rusticpark Retreat self contained mudbrick cottage

When you arrive at RusticPark Retreat you will find a cosy cottage to enjoy during your stay. Set on 16 acres the views are amazing with plenty of nature and wildlife to see. The cottage is fully self contained from the main house .You will have your own private BBQ and sitting area to enjoy during your stay. We are only a short drive to Beechworth and Yackandandah . Ideally located to visit all the historic surrounding areas.

Wark Cottage (circa 1895) named after the original owner William Frederick Wark, has been meticulously restored to modern day standards while retaining its worker cottage roots. Original features throughout complete with pressed tin finishes, hardwood floors and working fireplace. Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds.

Little Olive (1853) is a duplex small cottage that has been completely styled and renovated to create a unique, memorable stay for 2 guests. Within walking distance to Albury CBD and is surrounded by wonderful shops & cafes in the South Albury precinct. Mister Browns 2 bedroom cottage next door is also available, and is more suitable for families.
