Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Maximal 4 Personen + Baby. 10 Minuten von St.Wolfgang Zentrum. Auch mit dem Bus erreichbar. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Keine Haustiere! In der Wohnung Rauchverbot, Hausordnung ist zu beachten. Ferienwohnung direkt am Mondsee

Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich direkt am Mondsee mit malerischen Blick auf den Schafberg. In unmittelbarer Nähe(ca.200bis300m)nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt, befinden sich zwei öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Ferienwohnung in Abersee - Apartment

Neue, gemütliche, sehr helle und offene Dachgeschoss Wohnung in Seenähe. Separater Eingang, Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Der Wolfgangsee ist fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar (Naturbadestrand Abersee). Die Radfähre nach St. Wolfgang ist in direkter Nähe. Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Ferienwohnung Hofhalt

Von unserer Ferienwohnung, die Abseits der Durchzugsstraße direkt am Waldrand liegt, sind sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Ortszentrum von Traunkirchen, ebenfalls in 15 Minuten bei weiteren Geschäften, einer Bäckerei und der Ärztin mit angeschlossener Apotheke. Den Bahnhof erreichen sie zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle in 10 Minuten. Öffentliche Badeplätze im Ortsteil Winkl und im Zentrum von Traunkirchen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon und Seeblick

Fühl dich wohl in unserer ruhigen und gut gelegenen Unterkunft. Der Traunsee ist zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt und schöne Gipfel warten praktisch vor der Haustür. Das King Size-Bett ist so gemütlich, dass man kaum mehr raus will aus den Federn. Ein Espresso aus der vollausgestatteten Küche gibt dir Schwung für deinen Urlaubstag. Falls du ein kleines Kind dabei hast, stellen wir dir gerne Hochstuhl und Gitterbett bereit - natürlich kostenlos.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Unser Chalet liegt direkt am Traunsee und bietet eine überdachte Veranda mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den See und den Traunstein – der ideale Ort, um in Ruhe zu entspannen. Im Winter könnt ihr am nahegelegenen Feuerkogel Skifahren und Schneeschuhwandern, während der Traunsee im Sommer zum Schwimmen, Segeln und Surfen einlädt. Mietet ein SUP und erkundet den See auf eigene Faust – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis direkt vor der Haustür!

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

Chalet Obertraun

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Located in Obertraun in the Upper Austria region, Hütte features a terrace with lake and mountain views. Located 13 km from Lake Grundlsee, the property features free WiFi access and private parking on site. Hallstatt is exactly on the other side of Lake Hallstatt and is only 6km away.
