Und zum neuem Surfpark sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gewerbegebiet. Meine Nachbarn sind Handwerksunternehmen. Daher kann es ab 7 Uhr gelegentlich laut werden.
