Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

While the main level tends to offer a peaceful retreat, the ground level is the place to entertain. With the hot tub and outdoor firepit overlooking the mountains, no need to go out. A ski enthusiast’s dream location, minutes away from Cranmore, Attitash Bear Peak, and the MWV Ski Touring Center! Delicious dining & plenty of shopping nearby!

The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

A luxury log apartment located on the Saco River

This exquisite log apartment offers a one of a kind luxury experience with a private master bedroom including a gas stone fire place, king bed with exquisite bedding and a balcony which overlooks a 140’ private beach on the Saco River. Also included is a fully equipped designer kitchen/living area with a queen sofa bed, a full spa-like bathroom with a steam shower, Kohler bidet, and soaking tub.
