We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

(N. side of Guadalupe Mtn National Park) 1:20 to caverns. 1:45 to Guadalupe (peak) In the apartment stretch out and rest on the queen bed or have a seat and prop your feet up and enjoy a fire in the fireplace. Sit out on the porch, enjoy the peace and quiet. Birdwatch, enjoy the stars in the clear sky, no city lights.
