Centrally located , with a DollarGeneral , Allsups and a burger joint within walking distance, safe-neighborhood, gated property. Covered parking on premises. Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. Pets are welcome. The home has central air and is built within the workshop (guests are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 30 minutes to the caverns. Oilfield friendly.

The Montclair Home is located on the south side of Carlsbad making it the perfect location. It is as close as you can get to the National Parks, while still staying in town close to the best restaurants. Carlsbad Caverns is only a 25-min drive and Guadalupe Mountain is only 40 min away. This charming "home away from home" is nestled in a quiet street. With a white picket fence, sunny veranda, and cozy rooms it is the perfect location for everything Carlsbad has to offer. This cozy casita is located right next to the Pecos River. You will enjoy a relaxing living room and a fully stocked kitchen. This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
