Spend the day across the street at the beach, grab a bite to each at many area restaurants, and take a dip in the heated pool. Sofa bed in living room for additional guests (4 guests total allowed).

Porch Room 1 queen bed

The Porch Room has a queen bed and private shower room and half bath located next door to the room in the hallway. This bedroom also has its own entrance to the wrap around porch. The Porch room is one of six rooms at the Tivoli Inn. The Tivoli Inn is a charming Victorian Gingerbread house which has the island charm and a clean and friendly atmosphere. The inn is walking distance to all downtown amenities including town beach, seasonal ferry terminals and public transportation.

This beautiful modern meets classic style property is a 10-minute walk from the beach and ferry to Martha's Vineyard in Woods Hole. Free private parking and free WiFi is available on site. Quick walk to the beach, several restaurants, and most science facilities. AVAILABLE JULY 11-18, 2025 Captain's Quarters in Falmouth Heights, is one of the few resorts to have the Ocean across the street. From the balcony you can enjoy the sunset, relax in the Jacuzzi, or enjoy the night life that is within walking distance. The Martha's Vineyard ferry is about 1/2 mile from the resort. Shopping, restaurants, and movie theater are close by. This unit is on the second floor and has two bedrooms, 2 baths. Kitchenette and living room.

The Cove at Yarmouth in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts (Cape Cod). This is a timeshare resort and is full of amenities. Conveniently located in the heart of Cape Cod. One week only for 2025, Check in 9/12/25 check out 9/19/25 (Friday to Friday). For 2026 and 2027 dates will be in June (6/5/26-6/12/26, 6/4/27-6/11/27)
