There’s room for trailers and or RV’s. 20 Plus restaurants within 1/4 mile. Worlds Most Famous Beach is 15 min away. A great safe area for kids. This unit is an upstairs FULL apartment that’s very spacious. If you have a pet please view our alternate unit Little Blessings. please keep inside/ outside noice respectable.

Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.
