Welcome to The Dry Dock Apt 7. @1.5 miles to Presque Isle, here we hope to offer a comfortable bed and be responsive. Studio apartment has a king size bed, tile floors, parking, wifi, SmartTV, kitchen for light cooking, private deck, A/C, security cameras, digital locks and outdoor lighting. We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Alice and Doc's Place

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Sweet Solitude

Are you needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Private 2 bedroom suite w/hot tub

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
